For boarding:  Reservation requests will only be confirmed once a deposit is paid.

For doggy daycare:  No deposit required.  Payment is due each day at pick-up.

 

Information you'll need for registration and reservations:

  • Pet Owner(s) Information

  • Boarding or Daycare Dates (to include drop-off/pick-up times in line with our open hours) 

  • "In Case of Emergency" Contact

  • Pet Information​

  • Proof of Pet Vaccines (provided in advance or at check-in)

  • Signed Customer Agreement (an e-sign option is available when registering online)

  • Acknowledge and Agree to Comply with Policies (read "Policies & Vaccines" page and sign Customer Agreement)
